Pete Cooner was hit on his head this week by a man with a spike maul. He is painfully wounded but not serious.
Folkston can now claim one of the most convenient, up to date and sanitary restaurants of any town. W.E. Banks and J.R. Banks are the proprietors of this restaurant and already are doing a thriving business. It is located in the old garage building which has been remodeled. The interior is finished with light green walls, tables and a large counter. Excellent meals are served at all hours.
